From First Contact to Campus

01 We map out the goal together

A real conversation about playing level, academics, and what the player actually wants from college, from a football career and from an education. Not a form to fill in.

02 We decide together

Based on that picture, the player and family choose the direction with us. Nobody is pushed toward America, and nobody is talked into a decision that is not theirs to make.

03 We approach the right programs

Only once, and only where it fits. Never a profile sent to every college that might answer. We would rather reach five right coaches than fifty random ones.

Most agencies in this space build a profile and send it to as many programs as will look at it. We do the opposite. Every player we work with goes through the same conversation with Lukas personally, not a case manager, about what they actually want out of football, education and the years ahead. Only once that picture is clear and the player and family have decided on a direction do we reach out, and only to the programs that are a genuine match.

And if the honest answer is that a US scholarship is not realistic, we say so directly, and help find a real alternative instead, including education paths in Germany that let a player keep studying and playing at the same time.

A few things worth clarifying upfront.

Is FSG an agent?

No. FSG works as an advisor and consultant, not an athlete agent, consistent with NCAA Bylaw 12.3. We do not take a cut of a scholarship, and no part of our fee is contingent on which program a player signs with, or whether they sign at all.

How does FSG get paid?

Through a clear, fixed advisory fee tied to milestones in the process, agreed with the family upfront. It never depends on the outcome of a recruiting decision.

Do you work with every player who reaches out?

No. We are intentionally selective, both for the player's sake and because every introduction we make relies on a coach trusting it is a genuine fit. We would rather decline a case than send a poor match.

What if the US route is not realistic?

We say so directly, and help find a genuine alternative instead, including academic paths in Germany that let a player keep studying and playing football at the same time.

Do you only work with licensed academy players?

No. We work with players from Germany's licensed academies as well as strong regional and amateur clubs, in both men's and women's football.

Which divisions do you work with?

NCAA Division I, II and III, NAIA and NJCAA. We look at every division honestly rather than pushing only toward the most visible one.
