Building the pathway that was missing.
Germany produces serious football talent well beyond its 58 licensed academies, through strong amateur clubs, regional leagues and youth systems that never quite lead to a professional contract. Not because the ability is missing, but because no structured route exists for what comes after.
The US college system offers exactly what these players need next. Competitive soccer, a real academic path and, for the ones the US route does not fit, an honest answer instead of a sales pitch.
FSG advises players and families across that whole range, from licensed academies to strong regional clubs, in both men's and women's football. We advise the clubs themselves on their dual career work, and we advise US programs and compliance offices on the German side of recruiting. We work as a consultant, not an athlete agent, and we are built to stay useful long after a player signs.
Alongside that work, we are also building the early connections between European sport-tech and sports business companies and the US college market, using the same relationships and the same direct, honest approach.
